UNIGAMES UAB PRIVACY POLICY
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Unigames UAB (hereinafter referred to as – Company or We) recognizes the importance of personal data protection and manages personal data responsibly. These data processing rules (hereinafter referred to as – Privacy Policy) establishes the basic principles and conditions under which the Company manages personal data (hereinafter referred to as – Personal Data) of the players (hereinafter referred to as – Customer or You) for distant gambling activity organized by the Company on the website www.uniclub.lt (hereinafter referred to as – Website).
1.2. Further information on the processing of personal data may be provided in the remote gambling contract and other service-related documents.
1.3. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you browse other Companies' websites or use third-party services even when you access them from the Company's Website.
1.4. We manage personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as – Regulation), the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, as well as the instructions of the competent authorities.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY US
2.1. We collect and process following data: name, last name, address, birthdate, age group, phone, e-mail address, photo, document number, document validity period, signature, visual and / or audio file, card number, bank account number, gambling permit, information about the actual political activities or occupations of public importance, or relations with persons engaged in such activities. By submitting this data to us, you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of your Personal Data.
2.2. We collect and process information in our state registries about our Customers, such as information about the Customer's refusal to gamble.
2.3. By visiting our Website, we also collect information which reveals the features of our service provision or automatically generated visits statistics. Read Cookie Policy.
2.4. We may receive information about you from public sources (as permitted by applicable law) and associate it with other information we receive from you or about you. We can also receive information about you from third-party social networking services when you sign in, for example through your Facebook account.
2.5. We may also collect other information about you, your device or use of the content of our site with your consent.
2.6. In order to maintain the website, the website server may record your requests (the website address, the device and browser you are using, IP address, and login time). In order to administrate the website and diagnose any malfunctions of the Website server, we may use the IP addresses of visitors. IP addresses may also be used to identify visitors and collect different demographic or statistical information.
2.7. We may, for statistical purposes, use data not directly related to the Customer, i.e. data on participation in remote gambling. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent disclosure of the Customer's identity or other personal data of the Customer, which would allow identification of the person. We reserve the right to transfer statistics to a third party.
2.8. You may choose not to provide us with certain information, but without providing the mandatory information, you will not be able to use our services.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
3.1. We collect, use and otherwise process your data in order to provide you with the services to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, as well as to pursue a legitimate interest in complying with the instructions or duties of the law.
3.2. We may use the data we collect for the following purposes:
3.2.1. To organize remote gambling and give the Client the opportunity to participate in them.
3.2.2. To properly fulfill the requirements of the law regarding the Customer's ability to participate in remote gambling, for example, to identify the Customer's person, age or activities in accordance with the law.
3.2.3. To solve any problems and/or answer inquiries related to the provision of gambling services.
3.2.4. To issue financial documents and/or transfer or receive funds from a person.
3.2.5. For direct marketing purposes*.
3.2.6. To inform about the renewal of the Company's services or equipment.
3.2.7. To fulfill other contractual obligations of the Company.
3.2.8. To find out how individuals use the online services provided by the Company to improve them and create new content, products and services, as well as for Website maintenance, administration purposes, diagnosis of outages and to collect statistical information about the use of our Website and/or services.
3.2.9. Otherwise, with the Customer's consent.*
*You have the right to refuse or at any time cancel your consent to process your data for the above-mentioned, starred purposes.
3.3. You have the right to modify and update your information contained on the registration form, remote gambling contract or elsewhere on the Website.
3.4. We need the most up-to-date information related to the customers required for the provision of high-quality gambling services, and therefore, we may ask the Customer periodically to confirm that the information available to the Company on his or her person is correct. On average, such a request is submitted every 3 years. Requests for data updating every 1 year are required for individuals who have a political activity or who are relevant to public affairs or who have close contact with such persons in the context of their approval. After the termination of such activity, the Company for 1 more year applies a special, strengthened data identification and control program to such persons.

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. We may transfer your Personal Data to third parties only if:
4.1.1. We have your consent for the disclosure of personal data;
4.1.2. In order to provide services – to our partners who assist in the provision of remote gambling services. For these individuals, we will provide only as much personal data as necessary for the specific service;
4.1.3. State agencies and institutions, law enforcement institutions, other persons who perform functions assigned to them by law, in accordance with the procedure provided by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
4.1.4. For third parties, which provide gambling prevention and monitoring services or mediating in provision of personal data from such registers;
4.1.5. The courts, extrajudicial dispute resolution authorities and bankruptcy administrators of debt collection companies subject to claims on the Customer's debt;
4.1.6. For third parties, which provide services related to the Company's services, for example by European and international payment systems, for payment administrators, etc.
4.2. For personal data processing We may use managers (such as IT, server services, website administration companies, analysis companies, advertising services companies, auditors, consultants, paying agents, etc.). We require such agents to keep, manage and treat personal data with the same responsibility as we, and only in accordance with our instructions.
4.3. When using the payment services, you will be also providing your information, including personal information, to MoneyMatrix Limited, Level 3A, St Julians Business Centre, Triq Elija Zammit, St Julians STJ3155, Malta, a company of our Group. MoneyMatrix Limited will process your information which is needed to process payments, and will act as a data controller (the "Payments Data Controller") for your information which is needed in order to analyse and to report an activity which raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, funding of terrorism, or any other illegal activity in compliance with applicable law.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION MEASURES
5.1. Your personal data is handled responsibly, securely, and protected against loss, unauthorized use and alteration. We have implemented physical and technical measures to protect all information we collect for services provision from accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, alteration, loss, disclosure, as well as any other unlawful handling. Personal data security measures are determined taking into account the risks that arise when processing personal data.
5.2. We remind you that while we are taking appropriate actions to protect your data, no website, online transaction, computer system or wireless connection are completely safe. We inform you that you may secure your personal data without revealing your personal information, passwords by logging out from your account.
5.3. The company will not allow minors and underage persons stipulated by the law to participate in remote gambling. In case registration and/or participation in remote gambling by underage person, that person will be banned from using the services and all personal data may be destroyed.
5.4. The terms for storing cookies information are specified in Cookie Policy. Other personal data is kept to the maximum extent necessary to achieve the goals set during the collection, but not more than 10 years (except when the law requires the Protection of Personal Data for a longer period of time).
6. THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Company communicates the changes on the Website or in other usual ways. The additions or changes to the Privacy Policy will come into effect from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they are posted on the Website or are notified in other common ways, unless another expiry date is indicated.
8.2. If the Customer, after changing the terms of the Privacy Policy, continues use of the gambling services provided by the Company, the Customer agrees to such change of conditions.
8.3. The disagreement between the parties regarding the implementation of this privacy policy is being negotiated. Failing to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
