FAQ
  • To become a customer of Uniclub and use all gambling services provided, you must first create an account on the Uniclub gambling website.
  • Click the REGISTER button in the account menu bar.
  • Fill in our special registration form with your EXACT personal data.
  • After confirming your registration in the e-mail sent to you, our system will redirect you to the account activation page, where you will need to choose identification method – automatic document recognition platform IDenfy, Skype or via Video call.
  • You need to have a valid identity document – passport, identity card or a residence permit.
  • Only adults aged 18 years and older may register on the Uniclub gambling website.
  • If you have any questions or problems during registration, we kindly ask you to contact the customer service via phone +37064961111 or e-mail support@uniclub.lt.
  • We provide convenient, fast, and safe ways to make a deposit. You can read more about it in section “Payments”.
  • To make a deposit, you must be a registered user.
  • Deposits are made by clicking DEPOSIT button in the account menu bar. There you will be able to choose the payment method and the amount you wish to add into your gambling balance.
  • The minimum deposit amount is €2.
  • Deposits can only be made from personal financial sources (bank account, payment card or e-wallet) and only to a personal Uniclub account. If payment is made from a third party, the money will be returned to the sender, after deducting bank fees. Uniclub reserves the right to close the player’s gambling account in case of recurring third-party deposits. Please note: when making a payment through Paysera (EVP International), you must specify the exact data formed for you on the Uniclub page. The payment will not be automatically processed if you change the amount or purpose of your payment. In this case deposit will be approved manually, which takes longer than usual.
  • If your balance has not been replenished in 15 minutes after the deposit has been made, please send a copy of the bank statement with all the payment information to the customer service via live chat or e-mail: support@uniclub.lt.
  • You can fully or partly withdraw funds from your wallet balance in a few easy steps: – On the top of page, click on your account; – Select ‘Withdraw money’; – Select withdrawal method (your bank account), enter withdrawal amount and click ‘Withdraw’.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts: € 10.
  • Please note that according to the law in case of withdrawal of € 1000 or more it is obligatory to notify the public authorities.
  • In case you changed your mind, by selecting ‘Pending withdrawals’ you have a possibility to cancel your withdrawal request, reserved amount will be returned to your wallet balance.
  • Please note that any accumulated winnings may be withdrawn only if player have made a deposit to their Uniclub balance at least once from their personal bank account or Paysera Wallet. Winnings must be withdrawn only to that account from which deposit was made.
  • In case of high number of withdrawal requests, the transfer can take up to 5 working days, since all transfers are made manually. You may also be requested to approve the withdrawal and provide additional documents: photo of personal identity document, residence and deposit approvals. For example, if validity of uploaded identity document has expired, you will need to perform a re-identification to confirm withdrawal. In this case we will contact you by e-mail.
  • Contact our customer service if you encounter any other problems with the operations.
  • Withdrawal request will be carried out within 1 – 5 business days after placing the request.
  • If the deposit is made from an account different from provided during registration, it will be suspended, since we only accept deposit when the payer and Uniclub customer are the same person.
  • If the data does not match, the amount will be returned into the payer’s account.
  • Use “Lost your password?” option or contact our customer service.
  • If you have changed your name, surname or residential address, contact Uniclub customer service by email: support@uniclub.lt.
  • Password and phone number can be changed by logging into account and clicking on “My Account”. Do not forget to save the updated information.
  • After selecting the desired sport or league, choose an event and click on the desired outcome.
  • The options will appear on your betting card, then enter bet amount and click on the “Place bets” button.
  • Single bet – when player bets on one single outcome of an event. A win is determined by multiplying the amount of the bet placed by the player by the set betting odds and depends only on guessing the outcome of that event.
  • Combination bet – a betting strategy that involves a bet that is made up of a different combination of bets. A win is only paid if the player guesses all the outcomes of the betting events for which the bet was placed.
  • System bet – a mixture of several bets that make it possible to lose one or more bets and still win part of the bet.
  • If the betting results have not yet been updated after the end of the betting event, please send the betting card number to the customer service via live chat or e-mail: support@uniclub.lt.
  • Usually, bets are accepted within 5-10 seconds. In rare cases, accepting live bets may take longer due to an inferior internet connection, or in cases where the odds for the bet have changed.
  • Each event has a maximum allowable bet amount. This is quite normal. Depending on the championship, league or competition, this amount may differ.
  • Betting outcomes are updated when the official results of the events are announced. The outcomes are usually updated immediately after the end of the event. In special cases, updating the outcome of the betting event may take longer. All these cases are provided in our regulation.
  • You can find your betting history in the „My Bets” section.
  • Sometimes the problem may be temporary. It depends on various factors such as your device, operating system, internet connection, etc. First, reload the page and clear your browsing history and cookies. Also, check the internet connection on your device.
  • If the error persists, please contact our customer service, and take a screenshot of an error message and send it via e-mail: support@uniclub.lt.
  • Uniclub pays particular attention to the protection of customer data, so all the player’s account data is truly safe. For more information check „Privacy Policy“.
  • A politically active person is a person who is or has been entrusted with important public positions in the public sector in the Republic of Lithuania, the European Union, international or foreign institutions, and his or her close family members (spouse, person with whom a partnership is registered, parents, brothers, sisters, children and spouses of children, cohabitants of children) or close helpers who, along with the politically active person, who is or has held important public office positions, are participants of the same legal entity or an organization without legal entity status, or have other business relationships.
  • A person who participates in elections as a voter and is not a candidate for a position in the public sector governing body is not considered to be a politically active person.
