DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS POLICY

 

Unigames UAB (hereinafter referred to as – Company or us) Data Subject Rights Policy (hereinafter referred to as the – Data Subject Rights Policy) determines the conditions for the exercise of the rights of data subjects on personal data (hereinafter referred to as – Personal data) of the players (hereinafter referred to as – Customer or You) for distant gambling activity organized by the Company on the website www.uniclub.lt (hereinafter referred to as – Website) processed by the Company.

The terms of the Customer Personal Data Processing are also set out in Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We may change Data Subject Rights Policy. Such changes will take effect from the date of their publication on the Website or in other usual ways.

 

1.DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

1.1.The Data Subject, whose Personal Data is being processed by the Company, has following rights:

1.1.1.To know (be informed) about data processing (right to know);

1.1.2.To access the data and to know how it is handled (right to access);

1.1.3.To request the rectification or, in accordance with the objectives of the Personal Data Processing, to supplement incomplete Personal Data (right to rectify);

1.1.4.To request the destruction of data, to destroy or suspend data processing operations (except for storage) (right to destroy and the right to be forgotten);

1.1.5.To request the Company to restrict the processing of Personal Data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restrict);

1.1.6.Right to data transfer (right to transfer). This right will only be implemented if there are bases for its implementation and adequate technical means to ensure that the transfer of the Personal Data requested does not result in the risk of a security breach of the data of other persons;

1.1.7.To disagree on the processing of Personal Data when processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that relates to such direct marketing.

1.2.If you do not want your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, you may refuse to process such data by sending an email to pagalba@uniclub.lt or by calling +37064961111**, without specifying the grounds for refusal.

**According to personal data submitted by you, personal data profiling may be performed for direct marketing purposes in order to provide tailored solutions and offers. You may cancel your consent to personal data processing, including profiling, handling or object it, at any time in an automated manner.

1.3.We may refuse to exercise the above rights, except for refusal to process personal data by direct marketing in cases provided for by law, when it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of offenses or professional ethics violations, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of data subjects and acts of persons.

1.4.You may submit any request or instruction related to the processing of Personal Data in one of the following ways: by posting directly to the address: Vilkpedes str. 20, Vilnius, by email: pagalba@uniclub.lt. By making such a request, we may request your identity document or other information that will help us ascertain your identity, as well as in case of submitting request by email, We may request you to come to Us or submit a written request.

1.5.After receiving such request or instruction, We are obliged to provide a response no later than within one month from the date of the request and to perform actions indicated in the request or inform you why we refuse to do so. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by another two months depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, we will inform you about this extension within one month from the receipt of the request.

1.6.If your personal data is erased upon request, we will only store copies of information that are necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company and other persons, to comply with obligations of state institutions, resolve disputes, recognize any interference or comply with any agreements you have entered into with us.

1.7.You may apply for your rights to the State Data Protection Inspectorate or another body that protects your personal data. However, we will always seek to resolve all issues directly with you, so we suggest contacting Us first.

 

2.NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

2.1.If you consent (by ticking the box or in another way suggested by the Company) to receive newsletter by email and/or phone, information and news about Company's services, changes to the remote gaming site, etc. will be sent to you. After the news subscription, confirmation of the newsletter subscription will be sent to the email entered by you.

2.2.In order to ensure the proper provision of remote gambling services and/or fulfillment of legal obligations, the Company may send emails and/or SMS messages, even when Customers have not given consent to receive news. Such notifications shall only be sent in exceptional cases, for example, when the Company changes substantially in the event of new regulatory requirements that the Company has to notify to the Customers due to unforeseen changes to the Website that have a significant effect on the Customer's ability to use the services of remote gambling.

2.3. When you agree to receive newsletters by email and/or SMS, you may cancel this consent at any time by clicking on the link below or as provided for in the 6.2. point of Privacy Policy. We will immediately but within 5 business days terminate sending news to your email and/or phone number. Your email and/or phone number may be transferred to our partners/managers or third parties who provide us with news services.

2.4.By sending News We may collect information about the recipients, such as who opened the newsletter, what links were pressed, and so on. This information is collected in order to offer you more relevant news.
