1. Politically exposed natural persons – natural persons who are or have been entrusted with important public duties and their immediate family members or close associates.
2. Prominent public functions – functions in the Republic of Lithuania, European Union, international or foreign institutions:
2.1. Head of State, Head of Government, Minister, Deputy Minister, Secretary of State, Chancellor of the Parliament, Government or Ministry;
2.2. Member of Parliament;
2.3. Member of Supreme Courts, Constitutional Courts or other Supreme Judicial Bodies whose decisions are not subject to appeal;
2.4. Mayor of the Municipality, Director of the Municipal Administration;
2.5. Member of the Governing Body of the Supreme Audit and Control Authority or Chairman, Deputy Chairman or Member of the Board of the Central Bank;
2.6. Ambassador, Interim Chargé d'Affaires, Special Envoy and Authorized Minister or a Senior Member of the Armed Forces;
2.7. Member of the Management or Supervisory Body of a State-Owned Company, Joint-Stock Company, Private Limited Liability Company whose shares or part of the shares provide more than 1/2 of all votes in the general meeting of these Companies owned by the State;
2.8. Municipal Companies, Joint-Stock Companies, Private Limited Companies whose shares or part of the shares provide more than 1/2 of all votes in the general shareholders' meeting of these Companies, owned by the Municipality and which are considered large companies under the Republic of Lithuania Law on Corporate Financial Reporting, Member of the Management or Supervisory Body;
2.9. Head of the International Intergovernmental Organization, its Deputy, Member of the Management or Supervisory Body;
2.10. Head of the Political Party, its Deputy, Member of the Governing Body.
3. Close Facilitator:
3.1. Natural person who, with a natural person involved in the Policy and having held or held a significant public office, is a member of the same legal entity or an organization without legal personality or has other business relations;
3.2. Natural person who is the sole beneficiary of a legal person or an entity without legal personality, established or operating for the purpose of property or other personal gain, to a natural person who is engaged in or has held that function.
4. Close family members include the spouse, the person with whom the registered partnership (hereinafter referred to as "cohabitant"), parents, siblings, children and spouses of children, cohabitants of children.
